6115 Finisher - Tape not feeding all the way in

Problem: 

When trying to bind a job, it is noticed that the tape does not properly register to the bottom of the booklet. Suspceted tape feed head not throwning in far enough.

Action:

- Action #1
- Replaced Tape feed head to see if cause of problem (has solved in past due to bad motor)

- Resolve: same problem remained


- Action #2

- Removed binder reel to look at drag brake action.

-  
- Resolve: Found drag brake causing too much tension to allow some operation of reel during bind job.

- Action: Loosened two 7mm nuts and pulled drag brake away to allow freer movement of the bind reel.


Resolve:
Action #2 resolved problem and produced acceptable results for a bind job.
