6115 - p09220 - not sensing belt hole random appearance

Problem:

During run, after machine had been runnning fine, experianced a couple of intermittent p09220 than became constant and unclearable.

Action:

- Action #1: Ran "p09-220" RAP
- Resolve: Everything checked out fine, RAP said change MIN core board, did not solve issue

- Action #2: Replaced clock sensor and belt hole sensor to ensure proper functionality.
- Resolve: Replaced parts did not change status

- Action #3: Reinspected PR Module and found a screw loose (go figure) on the PR Main rug that was making contact with the belt causing drag.
- Resolve: Okay, machine ran normally.

Resolve:

Action #3 solved problem, retightened all screws on PR Main rug.

DT 6115 with Interposer, Finisher, Blade 2002, VLD Ros
Level 2 Refurb with 50% HFSI's
