DT135 - P09221 - Ozone Blower - processor won't cycle

PROBLEM:

Getting a p09221 during cycle up of machine. Machine shuts down and won't continue cycle.

ACTIONS:

- Action #1: Replaced Ozone switch
- Resolve: No good

- Action #2: OHMs wires & switch
- Resolve: Checks okay

- Action #3: Swap Min DIO board after following RAP
- Resolve: No-good

- Action #4: Watched action of ozone blower, blower is off during print, and on when not in print...checked relay K104, cleaned contacts, checked wires from retrofit to relay.
- Resolve: All Okay

- Action #5: J276/P276 black wire on motor side J276, pin 1 had a black wire on it and none in pin 2. After checking other machine which had a retrofit in it, we found that the black wire was in pin 2. Swapped pin1 and pin 2 on J276.
- Resolve: Fixed Problem


RESOLVE:

DT135 had ozone blower retrofit installed, so J276 should have had black wire going to pin 2 and nothing in pin 1. By having it go to pin 1 115 VAC was being sent back into the line against the retrofit power.
