6135 - Fault Code C16352 Communications Fault

PROBLEM:

Loss of communication between EDN to SBRIC/DCIM. Loss of EDN Card Lights (5v LED), LVPS Positions 3 & 4 show Red Leds. SFA6 Printer Boot RAP. Pulling up a C16352 Error Code on Controller.

ACTIONS:

- Action #1: Swap PC -->EDN Comm Cable
- Resolve: No change

- Action #2: Follow LVPS RAP
- Resolve: No Help

- Action #3: Replaced LVPS
- Resolve: Positions 3 & 4 show RED LEDS

- Action #4: Removed LVPS Output Lines
- Resolve: Positions 3 &4 show RED LEDS

- Action #5: Repaired input power connector (burn marks)
- Resolve: Replaced Pins - Positions 3 &4 RED LEDS still lit up

- Action #6: Traced back LVPS Input power
- Resolve: Found connector to Line filter Half Off (P1/J268) collectivly terminating power from going from Line Filter to LVPS

RESOLVE:

Check connector for Burnt pins, reconnect plug, all okay.
