Scanner fault, controller fault S03338 C15201, no power to sensor PWBA during dc 604 scanner faults out, not initialing or scanning.

ACTIONS:

- Action #1: Cleaned and Reseated cardcage PWBA's
- Resolve: Nothing

- Action #2: Checked fuser and voltages
- Resolve: Nothing

- Action #3: Forced error code "S03-338" by Reinitializing controller
- Resolve: Gave "S03-338" error code

- Action #4: Followed RAP "S03-338"
- Resolve: reseated loose Ribbon cables at Botherboard
